At Sfera Labs we have worked hard to provide customers with full availability of our portfolio of servers, embedded systems, I/O modules and sensors for industrial automation, IoT and edge computing despite these global challenges. As a result, we are proud to be able to confirm that all of the products and modules we offer are in stock and that the average lead time for orders is between one and two weeks.

So how have we been able to ensure this given the global situation? Well, it’s certainly not through chance or luck!
Firstly, we have always prided ourselves on having full control over our R&D and manufacturing operations. Even before the growing shift to ‘localization’ we always wanted Sfera Labs products to be designed and manufactured here in Europe and we continue to pursue that strategy with our comprehensive development and production facility near Milan, Italy.
But ensuring short lead time availability goes beyond this.
In parallel, we have built strong relationships with manufacturers of the components on which our advanced technologies are based. We purchase all critical electronic components directly from these manufacturers and have invested time and resources on carefully managing our procurement pipeline, especially over the last two years.
Of course, it also helps that we chose to build our product portfolio on open technologies such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi, which gives us access to a vast pool of talent and well-established ecosystems that support rapid prototyping, modifications and upgrades.
And, finally, in terms of routes to market we not only support direct sales channels but also work closely with partners such as Mouser who can process orders 24 hours a day, seven days a week and quickly deliver our products to customers all over the world.
