We are pleased to announce that we have lowered the prices of our Strato products.
Besides the price reduction, the new versions of Strato Pi Base and Strato Pi UPS, available immediately, introduce two hardware upgrades.
The real time clock back-up battery, that was originally soldered to the circuit board, is now replaced with a standard, user replaceable, CR1025 battery and a robust battery holder. For special orders with specific mechanical requirements, we can still produce these boards with the original soldered battery.
The second improvement is in the power supply stage. While the Strato Pi has always been very well protected against surge voltages, and easily met the 500V surge protection level required by the Low Voltage 2014/35/UE directive, the new version doubles the protection up to 1000V, making the Strato Pi even more robust and reliable in harsh environments.
